VW Invasion

Out on a morning bike ride Shelley I discovered a VW car show at the St. Petersburg Pier. There were about 50 VW Busses surrounding the Pier itself while the dune buggies, Manx’s , and bugs focused their invasion on the near by grassy park.

The remainder of the ride was scenic, relaxing and uneventful. We traveled though Vinoy Park, North Shore Park, Coffee Pot Park, Straub Park and Campbell Park. Shelley was hoping to see some manatees but they were not out at this time. Wonder if they might be more of an earlier in the day critter as it was two hours later than the time I saw them yesterday.
