Despite my introduction to the beverage in 1995, I long resisted the pull of consuming vast quantities of Red Bull. Corporate world took notice of my abstinence and invited me to work at the 2008 Tampa Bay Red Bull Flugtag. Since that time I have ever increased my consumption.

Working on the production team for the TBRBF was lots of fun. So much so that I went back for the San Francisco Down Hill Derby later in the year. My role in Tampa was assistant to the audio guy. We ran cables placed mics, set up the wireless mics, and then during the event itself I was the guy talking to the director letting him know when the crafts had been removed from the water… you’d think that I’d have trouble messing that up wouldn’t you….

So have fun and if you get the chance head out to on e of the RB events… fun all around.. and lots of Red Bull too!
