Sliders
Continuing in my exploration of “classic” Sci-Fi series I’ve been watching Sliders. For those that you that are not familiar with the show it follows the adventures of four individuals that have a discovered a way to move or Slide between alternate universes. Most of the episodes focus on the main characters exploring various versions or possible versions of San Francisco.
Some of the perspectives are a little dated… like even after two years they still seem to hang on to their perspective of how things on “earth” work and then have to overcome the trouble it caused.

I’ve quit watching the series in Season 3. The loss of John Reese Davies and the addition of Kari Wuhrer were not good things for the show. The dialogue and stories declined or at least did not improve. I was also not found of the addition of the Cro-Mag story line. If I run out of other series I may return to finish Season 4 & 5, maybe.
