Clam Bayou meets the Drag Queen

Clam Bayou meets the Drag Queen

For the second time this week I found myself working along side Kurt Z of Kayak Nature. This time a drag queen was in Gulfport for Dining for Life and wanted to see all that the city had to offer.

I stayed on land this one as it was to be a shorter trip with a general introduction about Clam Bayou that I had just heard two days before! It was an educational and relatively uneventful as everyone stayed in the kayaks and the alligator remained unfed. I hope all out on the water found it educational, I know I did! All of a sudden it was beer:30 and time to haul out the kayaks and head back into Gulfport proper. I opted to head back home knowing that a fresh baguette and some goat butter were impatiently waiting.

:-)

Nature is the amazing neutralizer! It doesn’t matter who you are or what you stand for. It does, however, reveal the truth within!

I love watching peoples eyes open up as they begin to explore the world around them. Though I think you have an advantage with the Alligators, Otters, Snakes, Heron, and Mangroves all on your side
